What they don't tell you

This hotel is right in the heart of town. The rooms can be hit or miss. Ours had a nice king bed and balcony but lacked a fridge. Expect some restaurant noise in the mornings, and definitely book a room on the 3rd floor for better comfort and peace.

Charming small hotel in great and awesome location right in the city centre. Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV in the room. Clean bathroom with a bath. Location close to the downtown on Hidalgo. Also, easy to get to a sizable beachside observation deck. Such great stay, as always...

We just wrapped up a two-night stay in a cozy Standard King Room and really enjoyed the quick beach access with towels available for a small fee. The vibes were perfect for relaxing, especially with the inviting lounge area and nearby cafe for our morning coffee fix. Just a heads up, it would’ve been nice to have a pool, but honestly, who needs it when you’re surrounded by the gorgeous island? 🏖️

Affable and incredible staff with a good portion of humor. The rooms with 3 beds instead of 2. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

A Great Base for Isla Mujeres Explorations

The spacious Standard King Room offered comfort, and the balcony with a lovely view was perfect for morning coffee. Although the on-site restaurant had lively music, it quieted down by 11 pm. Pro tip, enjoy their tasty breakfast options.

Very basic room.

We loved the perfect location of the hotel, so close to the ferry and the beach! The kids had a blast swimming nearby. Super tidy and the atmosphere felt safe, crucial when traveling with family.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have a kid-friendly menu at breakfast since the selection was quite basic.

the room had some noise issues (the restaurant below is buzzing early! ). but the location is perfect for walking everywhere, and we loved the clean space. the staff were friendly and helpful too, making it a great value.

Stayed in a double room that was surprisingly spacious with an extra bed! Had all the essentials - a safe, work desk, and a big TV with lots of channels. the best part was how convenient the location was, right in the heart of everything you'd want to see and do around here. 🌟.
